The story of River Sales & Lettings is one of natural progression.
- July 2011
The Art of Living, Hamble completes the sale of its rental portfolio to Leaders. - September 2011
River Lettings Ltd incorporated by former Art of Living branch manager, Mark Armé. - January 2012
River Lettings Ltd opens for business, albeit from the landing at home! - March 2012
Takes offices at Hamble Court Business Park, Hamble. - June 2013
Commences trading as River Sales & Lettings with the attainment of high street premises. - January 2016
Recognises having firmly established as a sales and letting agent with change of legal name to River Lettings Ltd.
Our Future
Naturally Mark remains very active in the business on a daily basis and intends to remain so. His commitment extends beyond the end of the working day, with all Landlords, Vendors, Tenants and those in the process of purchasing a property having direct access Mark out of hours.
Today the business offers sales, lettings and property management from under the one roof, truly managed by the staff within the building. And in 2016 we're introducing innovation that no other agent locally will be able to match.
